By accessing or using the CIRO-regulated trading platform platform ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including prospective clients submitting information through our request forms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is intended for individuals who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and who are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

CIRO-regulated trading platform provides AI-driven data analysis and risk management tools intended to support investment decision-making for Canadian investors, operating within a framework overseen by the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). The Platform is informational and analytical in nature and does not constitute personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Access to certain features may require submission of a request for platform access and subsequent approval, verification, or onboarding steps determined at our discretion.

4. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Platform should be construed as a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. All analysis, data, and risk indicators provided are for informational purposes only. If you are issued access credentials, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security related to your account.

The Platform and all related content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CIRO-regulated trading platform and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or investment value, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CIRO-regulated trading platform, its affiliates, and their respective representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Regulatory Framework

CIRO-regulated trading platform operates within a framework overseen by CIRO applicable to the services offered to Canadian investors. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override, supersede, or limit any rights or obligations established under applicable securities laws or regulatory requirements. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and applicable law, applicable law shall govern.

13. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, including in cases of suspected violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

14. Changes to These Terms
